The HMG® CETME-L Muzzle Device is a USA made part that is necessary for your building of a 922(r) compliant CETME-L rifle.
The muzzle device features an M12x1R thread pattern which matches the original thread pitch of the Santa Barbara made CETME-L barrels as well as the USA made barrels supplied by HMG®!
The muzzle device also features a couple of improvements over the original:
1. The HMG® Muzzle Device features some flats milled into the base of the device to allow the user to use a 3/4″ wrench to tighten the device down against the barrel shoulder
2. It does NOT require the use of a lock washer
3. Made from AISI 4140 steel which is then thru hardened to HRC 50
4. Bayonets attachment functionality is maintained
